I am so glad I found this site. My grandmother was Ila Ruth Tubb. She used to tell me stories about Uncle Will. I had never heard about his war experience. Only about his fortune in oil. I also heard so much about his gentleness and devotion to his family. My Dad still talk about Will to this day and how he used to bounce him on his knee when he would go to Arizona to visit my Grandma. he really helped her out so much.
